PENGARUH PERAN GURU DALAM EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI ERA COVID 19 KELAS IV DI SDN 9 PALU

This study aims to determine the influence of the teacher's role in the effectiveness of learning in the Covid 19 era. This research method is a quantitative research. The research was conducted at SDN 9 PALU, Kec. West Palu, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The population of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 9 PALU. Determination of the sample is done by Proportional Random Sampling. the sample studied is 15% of the total population. The sample consisted of 20 students namely, 11 female and 9 male Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. To analyze the data the author uses the product moment formula with the results obtained is rxy of 0.63 greater than r table in a significant level of 5% 0.63> 0.448. so that the null hypothesis (Ho) in this study is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.Thus, this shows that there is a close relationship between the teacher's role on the effectiveness of learning at SDN 9 Palu. So, the better the role of the teacher, the better the learning effectiveness obtained and vice versa.
